Chris Green

Chris Green brings nearly 20 years of climbing experience and over five years of youth coaching expertise to Elite Sports Academy. As Head Coach at Core Climbing, the Gold Coast’s largest climbing facility, Chris has led his squad to exceptional success, including multiple state and national podium finishes and international representation. His approach balances physical and mental skill-building, ensuring athletes are prepared for the challenges of competition. Sessions are held at Core Climbing’s state-of-the-art gym, featuring dynamic climbing walls, an adjustable Kilter board, and a dedicated training space. Supporting Chris is assistant coach Tihana Picot, an accomplished Team Australia youth climber who brings her own competition experience and passion to help young athletes reach their potential.
